PrashantV Posted October 23, 2022 Report Share Posted October 23, 2022 Hello, My mother had travelled to the US in July 2022 and I initiated her I-130 in August of 2022 , with Adjust of Status in US being planned in the application. She had to return back to India in early October to take care of unforeseen health conditions and we are hoping she can come back in November/December of this year. Her B2 Visa is still valid for another few years . Given her I-130 is in progress, what kind of problems are foreseen at the port of entry ? Quote Link to comment
