COS H4 to F1 Denied after F1 stamping

Here is my daughter's case:

Aug 2021- Joined college for Bachelors on H4 visa

Oct 2021- Applied for COS from H4 to F1

Nov 2021- Biometrics done
May 2022- Sent withdrawal letter for withdrawal of COS application
June 2022- Travelled back to India as H1B/H4 max out

July 2022- Got F1 visa stamped through dropbox at Mumbai

Aug 2022- Travelled back to US on valid F1 visa for second year of college
Oct 2022- COS application denied due to abandonment

Now is my daughter's current F1 valid as there is no H4 to go back to.  In the denial letter it is mentioned "You may remain in your current nonimmigrant status until the expiration date indicated on your Form I-94, Arrival-Departure Record". Her I-94 mentions D/S. 
Please guide if some action is required. Thanks.
