PRoyal Posted October 19, 2022 Report Share Posted October 19, 2022 Hello Murthy Forum members, I am having Indian passport staying in US on H1-B. I have Valid H1-B visa till 17 Jan 2023. My latest visa was stamped in Ottawa Canada on 12 May 2022. I Received my H1-B extension in Sep 2022. I am planning to visit my brother in Canada during December 2022, Can I go to Canada for new visa with new H1-B extension before 17 Jan 2023. Will there be any challenges if I go for visa stamping in Canada again. Quote Link to comment
