HM12 Posted October 15, 2022 Report Share Posted October 15, 2022 I am currently on F1 visa and received 2 tickets for the same case in NJ. First was speeding ticket of $217 and second was careless driving ticket of $80 and I paid off both the tickets immediately. After 3 weeks, I got a notice from Massachusetts RMV stating that my license is suspended for 60 days under M81 careless /improper driving violation. I got to know that this could affect H1B and GC process in future. Is this true? Can my company’s immigration lawyers justify during H1B document submission proactively and avoid an RFE or further scrutiny? Quote Link to comment
