Difficulty in getting my pay from past employer after moving to new employer

I was working with Employer A in CPT status and then moved to Employer B, since my H-1B got picked and approved with Employer B. I am fully active and working under Employer B right now. However, I still have money owed by Employer A that I have been begging since a few months. They have been giving me **** and bull stories but haven't responded me good on emails and phone calls. How do I proceed filing a complaint on them and get my money that they owe me. Do I even succeed in this battle ?
