My Spouse has H4 visa(no EAD) and never traveled to USA meanwhile, she got an opportunity in USA and her new H1B was filled as Consular processing and was approved . Due to current wait time for Interview/Stamping in India, (1) Can she travel to USA on her H4 visa?  (2) If yes, once she arrives here in USA can her employer file an Amendment for Change of Status to start working, Kindly advice.
