Error Retrieving a DS-160 Application

Hello All,

My name is Dimpy. I have filled the DS-160 form with some of my personal information and generated application no. I plan to complete my remaining DS-160 later.

Later, I took my H1B Visa application appointment based on my DS-160 ID no.

I went back to complete my DS-160 form and try to retrieve application with
the same ID no with asked security questions, but the system is not
able to retrieve my application. It is showing the following error.

Please correct all areas in error as indicated below. Once you have finished, click ‘Retrieve Application’ button to continue completing your online application form.
