texas1010 Posted October 8, 2022 Report Share Posted October 8, 2022 I was given a citation in 2010 for serving alcohol in Texas on a Sunday morning, which was an offense untill recently when they removed that law. I believe it's a misdemeanor B, and my disposition status is "dismissed - deferred adjudication" , I checked my records on the county site and it says my case was dismissed in Nov 2011. I was not arrested either. Does this mean I select yes or no for the arrested or convicted question? Quote Link to comment
