Eligibility for Dropbox versus In person interview

Team,

1. I have exhausted my 6 years of H1B in the August of 2021 (From Employer X)

2. I have my approved I140 from 2020 priority date (From the same Employer X) [stayed with them for more than 180 days, so no issue with I140 validity)

I have quit that company and moved to India May of 2021. Now I am looking for sponsor (different employer than the original H1B) for my 7th year visa extension. Because I have approved I140, am I eligible for dropbox or have to go to in person interview? I believe I need not go through lottery?

I may be attending the interview this year or sometime mid of next year. Does the timeline going to affect my eligibility for dropbox vs in-person interview? Please enlighten me.
