I have approved H1B visa and one of my daughter is dependent on my husband's H1B visa and another one is a US citizen. Let me explain my situation briefly. My Husband has a valid H1b till June 2024 but his location amendment is currently in processing so he will not be travelling with us. Please advise me what is the best thing to do in the below situation. Can my daughter travel without my husband accompanying her and go for visa stamping? Will his in-progress location amendment cause any issue during the visa stamping? If not can I take my daughter for visa stamping using my H1 approval instead of my husband's H1 by filling her DS-160 with my H1 details? Will it cause any issue as she is not a dependent on my H1 visa? Quote Link to comment
