I-485 Birth Certificate

Hi Guys,

Would really appreciate if someone could give some advice on how to proceed next :

1. My 485 was filed during the great rush of 2007 , as there was not enough time to get the birth cert. attorney suggested that we can file 485 with an affidavit from parents and in the meantime try to get the Birth Cert. We can always submit the original certificate again when we get it.

Once my date gets current can i submit my original Birth certificate now that i have it...

Do not provide anything unless USCIS asks for it.

I agree with Shurap1. Do not volunteer for any information. If the government needs it, trust me, they will ask for it.
