s2p2WM Posted September 27, 2022 Report Share Posted September 27, 2022 We just registered an LLC with the intention of having a manager manage it, and we used manager information to obtain an EIN (his name appears in the EIN IRS document), but we have not released any offer letters or signed any contracts with the manager. We'd prefer to run it ourselves now, so we'd like to request the legal process of terminating him ( wanted to be cautious of not having issues in future) Quote Link to comment

And unless you have the appropriate work authorization you can not run a company. Consult a good business lawyer and a good immigration lawyer. Quote Link to comment
