Can change in work style, i.e. from office to remote, cause issues in H1-B stamping?

I am planning to go to India for H1b stamping. However, recently my company closed the office and I am now working fully remote.

My 797 form contains the office address, however, since I am living less than a mile away from the office, we did not file an h1b amendment and my work location changed to my home address.

I am concerned will this cause any issues now as I will now be putting my current home address in 'intended work location' on the DS160 form. Any advice would be helpful
