Along with it, they started my Onboarding process as well in their company. But later I declined the offer, informed the HR and never joined the company. They acknowledge it as well. I have all these conversation in eMail. I never got the approved Visa as well. After this they paid me the salary for half month, may be due to their system issue. I like to avoid any IRS/legal issues, can you please suggest what should I do now. Quote Link to comment
