Can i attend visa interview even though eligible for Drop-box?

Hello,

My prior H1 Visa was stamped in 2018 and valid till 2021 with existing employer. I have changed my job and through H1 transfer have valid i797 till 2024.

I am planning to visit india and looking for appointment since last more then 60 days for drop-box. 

I have completed all questions answers which qualify me for Drop-box.

First time H1 stamp in 2016, i got 221g and clearance received mentioned while second time h1 stamped in 2018 where everything ok.

Based on above condition, what should i reply in question "Was your prior visa clearance received?"  Yes or No 

Is it ok if i mentioned YES?    So that i can book interview schedule.

please guide me.
