PG2022 Posted September 15, 2022 Report Share Posted September 15, 2022 Hello, My L1A Visa expires on 7th October 2022. There's a RFE which will be responded on 30th September 2022. Hoping the extension is approved, I want to dash out of the country and come back in before the Visa expiration to get a new I94 (with an S for my spouse's work auth).
