Currently i'm on H4 Status, I have my H1B approved with some employer and starting on OCT 1st 2022, im planning to do change of status on November from h1B to H4 and want to stay in H4 Status.

* Once we get H4 COS applied receipt in november, is there any rule to run my payroll on H1B until COS is approved, does my status will be active if i dont             run pay roll

* After COS approval, can we use this H1B in future under Non Cap
