MrJohn
Hello Everyone, I 'm currently working with employer B and with my past employer (employer A) I got my PERM approved with Priority date and got an RFE for my I-140 now (as I told him I might come back after I-140 approval). I'm currently on 5th year of my visa and my employer B has not initiated PERM process yet. can you please let me know if my Emp A PERM approval/priority date help me in getting 7th year extension incase if my emp B delays the PERM application. Attorney_15
The approval of an I-140 Petition filed by one employer can generally be used by the Beneficiary to qualify for H1B extensions with any employer whether or not the H1B petitioner is also (or not) the company that filed the I-140.
