Renew unused H1B VISA period

Hi,

I would like to know whether I can transfer my H1B VISA to my current company or any other company.

Let me explain the renewal history of my H1B VISA.

First time I received an H1B visa on Feb 14th 2005 which was valid from 02/04/2005 to 10/01/2007.

I changed job and transfer visa on Sept 25 2006 which was valid from 09/22/2006 to 07/01/2009

I changed job again and transfer visa on April 26 2007 which was valid from 04/25/2007 to 02/18/2010

My company filed labor, it was approved but I didn't file I140.

I changed my job again and transferred my visa on April 23 2009 which was valid from 04/23/2009 to 11/15/2011

I worked using my last H1B visa in the USA till Aug 31st 2009 then moved to Canada on Sept 5th 2009.

I came to the USA in Nov 2005, and from 2005 till Sept 2009 I spent around 10 weeks in India on vacation.

I worked 10 years in Canada and moved to the USA again on TN VISA in Dec 2019.

I would like to know if it's possible to transfer H1B visa to my current company because I didn't finish 6 years of H1B VISA.

Will I be able to file I140 using my previous approved labor.

Will my wife be able to work on H4 VISA?
