jayabalan Posted September 7, 2022 Report Share Posted September 7, 2022 Hello Employer B (FTE - big USA based ) filed H1 transfer in premium processing and received RFE within 5 days of filing . i checked with employer's immigration firm since it has been 6 days since the rfe has been issued , attorney is saying they did not receive the RFE notice yet. Question - for premium processing cases , does the rfe notice with details get emailed the same day the rfe got issues? why do they have to wait until the RFE hardcopy arrives in the mail to see the RFE details ? Im i correct or wrong in thinking that there should be an email with all details? if that true wonder why attorney is saying they dint receive it. Quote Link to comment
