Why my DOEACC 'B-Level' degree is no more recognized by USCIS - Educational evaluation

Recommended Posts

Hi There,

I have done my DOEACC 'B-Level' in 2004. I got my H1B in 2013 and then I-140 approved in EB2 category in 2015. My educational evaluation was done by 'The *************** Corporation' in 2013 and was awarded as Bachelor of Science degree in 'Computer Information System'.

Later I changed my company and hence I need to file my I-140 again for new employer. BUT.. this time the same education evaluation company is not recognizing my B-level and hence I am not a bachelor as more. So, I am not getting the same EB2 category which will push me back in time.

Did anyone faced this and share a way around or help in any ways. Would appreciate your help.
