ruppa Posted September 2, 2022 Report Share Posted September 2, 2022 Hello, my wife's h4/h4 ead expired back in May 2022. We filed an extension of h4 and h4 ead prior to the expiry. Now her h4 is approved but h4 ead is pending. Does the "540 day automatic extension of EAD" rule apply to her since she has a valid I-94 now?
