Change of Employer and Travel with visa (stamped with previous employer)

Hi,

I have a visa stamped (H1 & H4) from Emp A and its valid till 2023 Dec. Changed the employer (Emp B) from offshore and got a new petition and H1 holder has travelled to US. Now Emp A has initiated H1B petition withdrawal process. H4 holder is yet to travel and H1B (from Emp A) would be revoked before the travel. Can H4 holder travel with photocopy of new petition (from Emp B)? Or should I go for new stamping for H4 with Emp B petition? Thanks in advance.
