My employer said once your wife return from india ,we can file h4 to your wife and kids. she was back on July 15 th.my employer forgot to file h4. As per i94 their status end on July 28th,it's almost a month. they are filing h4 now.Is it better step out in usa and get stamped ouside from USa. Can you please suggest me on this?
