Sidh87
Because of payroll mistake by my employer I got below decision on my H1b Extension. My employer suggested to go for stamping and that will resolve the issue. The H-1B portion of this petition was approved but an I-94 was not granted. USCIS is saying that even though the beneficiary has now been paid the proper wage, because the beneficiary at one time was not paid the proper wages then the beneficiary violated status and so a continuation/extension of status could not be granted. anyone got this kind of decision? what kind of questions I can expect at stamping. Pls provide suggestions. Thanks in advance Edited August 25, 2022 by Sidh87 Quote Link to comment
02112018
That means you are going to get denied when you go for stamping. That is why they did not give you i-94. Quote Link to comment

My current H1b is still valid until Oct 15th. What are my options to avoid denial. Quote Link to comment
