Meanwhile, I have got another offer from Employer B in the US. I have done my H1B transfer to Employer B and have not used the H1B visa by Employer A. My questions: 1.) Can I use my H1B Visa stamp from Employer A as it did not expire yet? i.e. while travelling, can I use the Visa Stamp of Employer A and carry all documents of Employer B as well, to evidence the H1B transfer? 2.) Do I need re-stamping after H1B transfer to Employer B? Quote Link to comment
