H1b stamping within 12 months (1 year) of DUI arrest

 I am really scared as I was involved in DUI arrest and H1b extension is in progress and it’s likely I won’t get extended I-94 so need to go for stamping . Can you please share your details of H1b stamping ? Also what psychological questions do they ask during medical evaluation ? I don’t want to give wrong impression but I’ll be honest .I have stopped drinking so not worried about blood/urine test .

 

Also is it necessary to wait for 12 months (1year) befor you go to visa stamping , I have read few people mentioned that if you go before 12months your chances of rejection is more ? 

Please reply whenever you get a chance , I am very scared

Don't worry and there is no issues with the H1B extension 

All the best and don't panic , it's going to fine. Don't drink and drive ever.
