Syed Hussaini
I'm on H1-B, PERM approved (Feb 2022), and pending I-140 application. (May receipt) 2022 I wanted to file for I-485 as I qualify for Cross-Chargeability as my spouse birth place is Saudi Arabia (Priority and action dates are current) I have few questions:- 1. Can I file my I-485 with my spouse now keeping in mind I qualify for cross-chargeability, If yes is there any benefit for filing concurrently? 2. Shall I wait for my I-140 to be approved before filing for I-485. 3. Is there a harm of converting the current I-140 to premium ? If No, Can I change the regular process to premium process (Employer denied to file premium on my own costs) Thanks Quote Link to comment
