lary9ferrari Posted June 15, 2011 Report Share Posted June 15, 2011 I am currently on H4 visa which is valid till November 2011. Also, I have h1b visa approved with COS effective in October 2011. My question is, can i visit India and comeback in august 2011 on same h4 visa? Also, my i94 no. of h4 visa and h1b visa is same, will it affect my travel? since while coming back I will be issued new i94 which will not match my h1b i94 number. will this affect my h1b visa as my i94 no. will be different after coming back from India?
