moonlight02 Posted August 11, 2022 Report Share Posted August 11, 2022 (edited) Hello, I have been refused an F1 Visa twice before, got H4 visa approved later and changed the status in US from H4 to F1 to H1. This will be my first visa stamping in 7 years. I am trying to book a H1-B US visa appointment in India. In the drop box eligibility wizard, I answered yes to the question 'Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa before?'. But I am not sure what to answer for the question 'Did your most recent application result in you being issued the visa?'. Can I answer yes to this question as my H4 visa was approved or does it have to be the approval in the same category of the prior visa refusal? Thank you in advance!
