I have been working with the same organization in india for the past 3+ years and out of which the last 2 years i was a manager of a section of the company. I think I fall under the EB-1 category, so I want to understand the requirement for my company to file for my green card application. what will be the minimum requirements for an employer and an employee for the EB-1 process and what will be the next steps for me .
