This is current now, But currently I am working for employer B in INDIA. Since the priority date is current , can I still file a new H1 under non-quota with employer B and come to US and re-start the PERM process with employer B ? since the current PERM approval timelines are around 1.5 to 2 years, will it be too late to use the Employer A priority date since it is already current as per the USCIS visa bulletin Please advise ?
