I dont want to work with cap subject employer for xyz reasons. I have following question. 1. if I want to transfer to Different cap subject employer at a later date. Do I have to go through lottery again? 2. what happens if my cap subject employer revokes H1B? 3. How long do I have work with cap-subject employer to count towards cap exempt for non-profit to Profit transfer? Quote Link to comment
