He was told that he can get back to H1B without getting counted towards the quota any time in the six years since his visa was first granted, as long as he doesn't stay away from the US for longer than a year. It's been about three years since his original H1 was granted, and I was wondering if there is anything we need to do in order to extend his H1 "no cap" validity. Thanx, DesiCSgirl. Link to comment
