sai2607 Posted May 30, 2011 Report Share Posted May 30, 2011 Hi evey one Have valid H4 stamp We realized that I 94 expired on May 7 2011 because of passport expiry after 1 week and was our mistake not to file extension because she had valid h4 visa. On attorney suggestion My wife Left India on May 26th. She is returning on June 14 2011. Will there be any issue at POE because of overstay of 19 days? Link to comment
