Simmy_90 Posted July 18, 2022 Report Share Posted July 18, 2022 I have a pending I-485 application (marriage based green card with US citizen) with USCIS and also I-130 (which my spouse, who is US citizen, filed). We filed both I-485 and I-130 together. I have also applied for advanced parole document (I-131) and waiting for an approval. My question is: Can I get Canada visa stamped on my passport.. will that cause any issue on my I-485, I-130 and I-131 processing? I do understand that it is not advisable to travel outside of United States if you haven't received the advanced parole approval but will applying for Canadian tourist visa in the meantime will cause any issue with my pending I-484 and I-130 applications?
