chandu7 Posted August 17, 2011 Report Share Posted August 17, 2011 Hi, My employer filed PERM under EB2.I did bachelors(B.Tech) and have 7 years of experience.He filed based on that and till now didn't get any status.Thats what he is saying. How much time it is taking now a days for EB2 perm filed based on Bachelors + Exp. to get update? I appreciate if anyone give any information. Thanks Link to comment

Transformer Posted August 18, 2011 Report Share Posted August 18, 2011 ICERT portal says they are processing April 2011 PERM cases though May and June filed cases are getting approved. If you applied more than 3 months than the date posted on ICERT you can contact DOL helpdesk. Ask your employer or Attorney to contact the Helpdesk. Link to comment
