Travel to india while h4 extension is pending and return back on valid visa before h4 is approved

Hello gurus 

I have a situation where h4 extension is pending and I have a valid stamped visa till Nov-2022.

I need to Travel to india in July 2022 and would be returning back in august 2022 , before current pending h4 extension is approved.

please let me know if this would cause any issues to my pending h4 application ?Once I return back should I take any action on h4 petition ?
