H1B - July 2003, six year completed July 2009 Labor filed - July 2008 Labor denial - August 2010 File for an Appeal - Sep 2010 Appeal Denial - July 2011 Now company filed for 9th year extension. It is not approved yet 1) what is the chances of 9th year extension? 2) company told me that they are going to file new labor in Sep 2011(Privileged wage and advertisement is done) so they will file new PERm under new title....What is my chances.
