tunno Posted April 26, 2012 Report Share Posted April 26, 2012 Recevied RFE January 11, 2012. Lawyer working on response. Shows that USCIS is up to application dated around August 25th 2011. Just got approval of the H1B after RFE. It was a long 3 months, partly due to the lawyer taking so long to respond, however we are glad it has been approved. Good luck to all. Link to comment
