Hi...trying to get some information on this scenario.

 

My Parents  got their GC while they were in US (family based) and went back to India in 4 months after receiving their GC.

We planned to bring them back to US within 6 months but did not realize that they had only stayed for 4 months.

Will this be considered a violation of the 6 month rule to maintain GC?

Will they have any issues during re-entry?

What are the potential implications we are looking at?
