Wrong visa class of dependant on travel docs appointment history

I have booked Dropbox appointment for me (H1B)  and my wife for H4 at Hyderabad embassy , however when i look at appointment history under visa class both appointment are shows as H1B. 

for My spouse although i never selected H1B but it shows H1B instead of H4 and her Is dependent flag is set as TRUE. Does that mean its an H4 appointment. 

Should we be worried.
