H4 Visa Stamping

Hi,

I'm currently working in US from last 1 month in Company A.I need to bring my wife on H4,still Visa processing has been not initiated for her.

Scenario here is ,

1.Now i'm getting offer from company B.I'm quite confused What should be Ideal plan to bring her through Company A or company B.

2.I might resign any time ,so i'm not sure hw i can proceed with Visa processing thru compaany A.

Do i need to wait till transfer to company B and starting processing thru company B.

Will there any problem for her duing visa interview after I'm transferring to Company B.

Please Advice.

Best way is, get your H1B transfered to company B. Start wife visa process (you just need employment verification letter and letter from your company wife H4 stamping addressing to consulate), plan for the visa stamping by the time you have 2 paystubs in hand.
