AxialTilt Posted August 9, 2011 Report Share Posted August 9, 2011 Total risk with current situation, but lesser risk when compared to consultants. My advice, avoid the trip unless it is emergency. If you still have to travel, go to mexico or canada to get it stamped. You have better odds of getting it stamped in mexico rather than canada or india for sure based on experiences in forums here. rj2812 Posted August 9, 2011 Report Share Posted August 9, 2011 Hello I have heard a lot of stories too. I am planning to visit Delhi around the same time and am due with my H1B stamping. I have the visa approved till Oct 2013. I work for one of the Big 4's. All my documents are in place and have been on project since my H1B started. Really need help since I dont want to get stuck once I go there. Link to comment
