kumarind Posted May 23, 2022 Report Share Posted May 23, 2022 My previous employers approved H1 got NOIR for not filing a H1B amendment for WFH in a different state and is denied when the employer sent a request for withdrawal (I am no longer with them). I am currently with a different employer with a valid i797 and planning to go for stamping. Please let me know if there will be any issues during stamping? Also, is the below question applicable to my case and what should be the answer? Have you ever been unlawfully present, overstayed the amount of time granted by an immigration official or otherwise violated the terms of a U.S. visa? Thanks in Advance Quote Link to comment
