azadforum Posted June 23, 2011 Report Share Posted June 23, 2011 Hi MurthyForum Attorney, On jun 17th 2011 I have attended my fresh H1B stampig visa @hyd. unfortunately consul officer told me that my h1 employer doesnt have any real projects and so he is going to revoke the petiton and issued me a 221g ticking addition admin process. Now my question is can I use/transfer this petition with any willing employer? I got mixed answers from my current immigration group in my office and so consulting you once.What I presume is the petition ahs to be sent to uscis and then it reviews the internt of consul ofc and then revokes if at all...so mean while befoer it gets revoked cant we use the petition with other employers? pl reply me thanks in advance Link to comment
