I am traveling home country from USA to get my H1b stamping done, my spouse is staying with me in USA on H4 VISA, I am going alone for stamping to home country. I am filling my H1B stamping DS-160 form but I am not sure what should I answer for below questions in DS-160 form. Please help me on same.
Questions:

1- Do you have any immediate relatives in U.S. , not including parents in U.S.?

2- Spouse home address:
