US Visa Stamping Case Under Review.

I am on my H1b Extension and have a valid H1 till end of 2023. Also have my I-140 approved. 

I applied for US Visa in Sep 2021 at New Delhi. Consulate officer adjusted my case as Admin Process and they have my passport. 

I received an email to provide some documents and I did the same. That was end of Sep 2021. 

Since then there is no response from Consulate and when I send them an email to their email ustraveldocs, I keep getting the message that my case is still under review. Even my passport is not returned. 

Is there anything that can be done in this case?
