Rahul naga kumar
Hi, My H1b was sponsored by Employer A while i was in India in 2021 and it was approved and stamped on Employer A name. Now I got good opportunity from Employer B as Full time Employee and the my H1B petition is approved successfully to Employer B while I am India. I am still in India and I dint travel to USA yet. My H1B transferred while i was India. Now EmployerA is threatening me of complaining to USCIS and Immigration team and file case on me and Employer B. I am planning to travel to USA in the month of June. Employer A has sent me formal mail that he will revoke the my visa last week. But before that my H1B is approved to Employer B. Kindly suggest me what all things he can do against me and what all things i can do to get out of this? Quote Link to comment
JoeF
First off, an employer can not revoke a visa. They can and by law have to inform USCIS if you don't work there, and USCIS will revoke that employer's H1 petition. It has zero effect on you or your new H1. Quote Link to comment
