H4 to [first] H1B stamping in Canada without US Masters's degree?

I am an Indian citizen, my got recent h4 visa was stamped in Canada along with my spouse's H1B. I got my H1B approved a few weeks ago and I don't have a US master's degree.

my question is - Can I go to Canada for my first H1B stamping? is there any restriction for Non-Master's candidates for first-time h4 to h1B should have in their home country?
